These terms apply to everything you buy on qilver.in. Qilver is the jewellery brand of Hardev Singh Jewellery House, Shop No. 122, Phase 10, Sector 64, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab 160062, India (GSTIN 03BALPS5639B1ZQ). In these terms, "Qilver", "we" and "us" mean Hardev Singh Jewellery House. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our jewellery

  • Every piece is made from 925 sterling silver and stamped inside.
  • Gold-coloured pieces are 18K gold vermeil: a layer of 18-karat gold over 925 sterling silver, described as such on each product.
  • We show colours and finishes as accurately as screens allow. Small variations are part of handmade jewellery, not defects.
  • Weights and dimensions are approximate.
  • Ring sizes follow our size chart.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST. GST at 3% is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
  • Shipping within India is free on prepaid orders; Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹149 COD fee. Where offered, 60-minute delivery in Chandigarh and Mohali costs ₹99.
  • We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery on orders up to ₹10,000 for a ₹149 COD fee.
  • Razorpay processes your payment. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
  • If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of an error, we will tell you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders

Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock, a payment problem, suspected fraud or an address we can't deliver to. If we do, we refund everything you paid.

4. Pre-orders

Pre-order pieces are paid for at checkout and dispatched on or before the date shown on the product page. If that date moves by more than 14 days, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

5. Offers and discount codes

Discount codes follow the terms shown with the offer. They can't be exchanged for cash.

6. Delivery, returns and Lifetime Plating

Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Lifetime Plating are part of these terms.

7. Your account, reviews and photos

Keep your account details accurate and your password private. If you send us a review or photos, you allow us to show them on our site and social channels with credit. Ask us and we will take any of them down. If you tag @qilverofficial, we will ask your permission before sharing your post.

8. Our designs and content

The Qilver name, logo, jewellery designs, photographs and text belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Using the site

Please don't misuse qilver.in. That includes trying to break its security, copying it in bulk or placing fraudulent orders.

10. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions.

11. Complaints and disputes

If something isn't right, please contact our Grievance Officer first; the details are in our Contact Information. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab have jurisdiction. This does not affect your right to approach a Consumer Commission where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
