Lifetime Plating

Re-plated free, for life

If the gold on an 18K Gold Vermeil piece wears through in normal wear, we re-plate it free, for the life of the piece. Email support@qilver.in with a photo and your order number; we collect it, re-plate it and send it back.

What's covered

• Gold wearing through or fading in normal wear, for life.
• Stones that loosen or fall out within 12 months of delivery, through no fault of the wearer.
• Clasps, posts and findings that fail within 12 months.

What isn't

• Damage from chemicals, perfume, chlorine, cleaners or polishing compounds.
• Bending, crushing, or resizing by anyone other than Qilver.
• Loss or theft.
• Normal tarnish on sterling silver, which isn't a defect and cleans off.

How to claim

1. Email us photos and your order number.
2. We confirm and book a pickup, usually within 2 working days.
3. Repair or re-plating takes 7–10 working days, plus shipping time.

Lifetime Plating belongs to the original buyer and needs the order number. It doesn't reduce your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
