Shipping policy
In short: free shipping on prepaid orders anywhere in India, sent from our store in Mohali. From 5 October, orders in Chandigarh and Mohali can arrive within 60 minutes.
Free shipping across India
Prepaid orders ship free, with no minimum spend. Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹149 COD fee. We ship within India only.
When your order leaves
- In-stock pieces leave our store in Mohali within 2 working days of payment.
- Pre-orders leave on or before the date shown on the product page. Orders placed now leave on 5 October 2026 and arrive between 8 and 15 October, depending on your PIN code.
We email you a tracking link the day your parcel leaves.

60-minute delivery in Chandigarh and Mohali
From 5 October 2026, orders to Chandigarh and Mohali PIN codes can be delivered within 60 minutes, straight from our store.
- It costs ₹99 and runs every day from 12 pm to 7 pm.
- Orders placed outside those hours go out at 12 pm.
- Choose it at checkout.

Packaging
Every piece arrives in a Qilver box with a polishing cloth, sealed in a tamper-evident courier pouch. Nothing on the outside says what is inside.
If something goes wrong
- Parcel damaged or seal broken? Photograph it and email us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy.
- Missed the courier? They will try again or contact you to arrange delivery. If a parcel comes back to us, we will get in touch to send it again.
Prices, GST and payment
Prices exclude GST. GST at 3% is added at checkout and shown on your invoice from Hardev Singh Jewellery House (GSTIN 03BALPS5639B1ZQ). We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery on orders up to ₹10,000 (₹149 COD fee).
